Yo what's up guys I'm starting my looksmaxxing journey and looking to ascend

Here to look for advice and share what works on my journey

Not looking to hardmaxx

My main weak points are skin and jawline + need to improve chin projection

Any tips for that would be helpful!

Welcome. At 18 you have a huge advantage — your face is still developing. Most guys don't hit their final facial structure until 21-23. Focus on the highest ROI moves right now:
1. Body composition — losing even 8-10 lbs of face fat reveals jawline definition you didn't know you had
2. Skincare basics — cleanser, vitamin C serum, sunscreen daily. This alone changes skin texture and how light hits your face
3. Sleep on your back or alternate sides — sleeping consistently on one side creates asymmetry over time
4. Posture — forward head posture makes your jaw look recessed even if it's not
Don't obsess over things you can't change yet. Focus on what moves the needle now and reassess in 6 months with photos to compare.

At 19, if i were to follow the appropriate habits like eating very healthy, sprinting, 8 hours of sleep and weight lifting 6 times a week whiles implementing facial exercises like thumb pulling, could I expect drastic changes?

no unless ur very fat or unhealthy looking
if ur already lean and healthy looking this will do nothing for you except getting muscular
