Who told her to come to US and live in Southern part? In Southern part, she chose to live in a Black neighbourhood. It seems like she had a very poor General knowledge about the world.

She was hooked to her phone while being unaware of who was sitting behind her. All the Black passengers were with the murderer. They did nothing. She decided to board public transport instead of her own vehicle. Zarutska also had a poster of Black Lives Matter in her room.

She is responsible for her own death. My cousin is far smarter than her. He went to US in early to mid 00s for several years for work. He lived in New Jersey but avoided living in Black areas. He himself used to say that Blacks are the notorious people of US. Afterall, his racist mentality saved him. Internet was far less developed in 00s yet he had better knowledge.

I don't think it's always about race. African students in my country are very gentle and sober. Maybe African Americans were the least bright people from Africa.

I am not victim blaming. I just don't want people to lose life due to lack of proper knowledge. US is a highly racially polarized country. DeCarlos shouldn't have been left free after doing offenses 14 times.

Nothing to do with dress. She shouldn't have went to US. In US, safest parts are in New England, Texas and Mid West.

I blame murderer too. He wasn't raised well. US legal system sucks. Judges are corrupt.

It is fault of both. It is not advisable to come to dangerous parts of US and Black areas. She should have lived in Ukraine.

I remember landing at Dulles, getting a taxi into Virginia and seeing nothing but n*****s. I'm not overly racist by any means, but the phenomenon took me by surprise and I did feel quite uneasy.

Immigrants should stop living in Black neighbourhoods. Black neighbourhoods are never safe. Few white areas are unsafe too.

Zarutska was a white girl. She should have lived in white areas but I don't think white areas of South aren't as safe as those in Massachusetts/Maine/Wyoming. Ukrainians are better off in Poland.

US is a highly racially polarized country. Blacks will support Black against other groups. Whites will support Whites against other groups.

As you can see, none of the passengers around Zarutska tried to stop the attacker. A Black female judge was the one who released that monster. Some fellow painted Zarutska killer mural on wall. Another clown started petition online for helping Zarutska killer.
