I was thinking on going on a 3 day fast before an event but idk if it will even do anything
not worth it
it made me lanky but with a huge ahh belly
i was like 11 tho

its not worth it, it could make you lose some weight but you would just likely gain it all back before the event.

i mean i’d still try to get protein in somehow with tiny meals, also take supplements, i mean i lost 10 pounds from it so

i mean.. temporarily yeah but then u have to maintain it which is a pain and is what usually makes u gain it all back. id recommend working out toning out ur body and eating nutritious foods and depending on ur height and weight, atleast eating 1200 cals a day.
 
Three days is enough for a debloat maybe, but you would need at least a week to see any real results. in the best scenario you will lose between 6 and 9 pounds. In the worst scenario, you will be losing 1 to 3 pounds in three days.
 
don’t ever starve, eat soft food or drink smoothies, helped me a lot
 
I wouldnt starvemaxx, id drink lots of water, just eat less food than i USUALLY would, i dont eat at night, eat and stop before i am full, move a lot n ull be fine

man js eat less than you usually do, lots of fruits and veggies and protein. if you starve yourself you’re gonna make your body go into fight or flight and end up storing extra fat next time you eat in case you do it again. don’t wreck your metabolism and js stay healthy
 
id recommend not to. when i would starve myself i was like a blob of fat still cuz i lacked sm muscle even tho i was exercising yeah i was skinny but i binged more than i was fasting. my skin was clear asfk but i looked so dead and pale lol dont starve js eat high protein walk a lot and get enough sleep. you wuld rather look healthy than dead
