is 1 or 2 months without working out going to make me lose all my gains?😔

i’m going to start working out at the gym, the problem is, in about 11 months i’m gonna get my first plastic surgery and i won’t be able to workout for atleast a month

High incline isn’t nearly enough to build an ass. Believe me… it might even rather be detrimental for your leg growth if u do a lot of cardio like that and don’t eat right and strength train. Also just because her fat distribution on top is good, doesn’t mean it is on the bottom. So many girls with a nice top and a flat bottom.

Not it's not especially if she's in isocaloric state, your calves+glutes do have a pretty big fiber 1 to fiber 2 ratio. Again we are both assuming something here, we don't know if she's is blessed down there.

sure, it can engage glutes, but it’s not enough stimulus for meaningful hypertrophy. maybe nice for conditioning or maintenance, not for building an actual dumpy. and I don’t think she’s blessed cause she’s chatting delulu shit. saying southern Europeans and men’s are genetically blessed in general so she must be too. bahahaha. i know so many of them crying about being flat all the time. bitch please.

Again I didn't say she has a great ass but she can definitely not be flat. moderate speed incline can generate some significant mechanical tension + metabolic stress. I don't care what she says, I care about being right.
