Wash and shampoo your hair less , i wash my hair twice a week 2 kind of shampoos, scalp health is important

I barely wash my hair and it doesn’t make a difference I still get dandruff and why u put confuse emoji ?

yea i wash every third day which i think comes out to twice a week but ive got long hair so as it gets longer i’ll prob wash it less

I had it since school I always had dandruff but I don’t want to use head and shoulders everyday. I don’t know much about hair or scalp health but that cannot be good. I’d rather have this shampoo treatment you gotta use like every 4 days and use normal HQ shampoo.

personally i tried it worked like magic for a month and then the dandruff just came back and it stopped working but idk it works on some ppl

yeah it didn't do much for me my scalp just got used to it but ofc its not its not gonna happen to everyone just try it and see if it works for you
