Is 20k steps(walking+like 20 mins of runninh) decent activity for leanmaxx/debloat.

20k could be overkill unless u naturally walk 3 hours daily lol.
I keep my steps around 7-10k, deficit + heigh protein so you don't lose muscle

Your regimen seems inconvenient. Jump roping or even a stair master is more efficient and beneficial. It takes less time too.

Yeah I somehow do it naturally, except the running part
 
Not the body weight is the issue, but bf and bloating
 
You could do a body recomp then. Gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. It will take a little longer tho.
How? By eating protein? I want to gain muscle but don t wanna lose or gain weight
