Is 5 foot 11 a bad height?

Is 5"11 and a half very close to being a manlet/suboptimal? There are dudes that are much shorter but you still see these super tall lanky dudes (6"2-6"3) walking around and although they often have normie faces you still feel like you're getting mogged
