Is a downturned medial canthus more important that a postive canthal tilt?

Id say so unless the canthal tilt is absurdly negative

A positive canthal tilt can be caused either by the lateral canthus being upturned, medial canthus being downturned, or both; lateral canthus being upturned is more feminine and downturned medial canthus is rarer in both sexes and more common in models than the general population bc it’s striking and leads to even higher pct if the lateral canthus is upturned too, it’s neither masc nor fem really from what i’ve researched. although the DOM morph has a very downturned medial canthus.

if you want pct as a guy i’d say focus on lateral canthus since you can’t really do much about medial canthus anyways
