Is a shower filter worth it? Also any advice on my introduction would be appreciated!!

I’ve been looking at shower filters and I was wondering if helped any of u skin and hair wise?
 
There's benefits to getting one I'd say.

I think only does harm if your water is really that bad ( which I doubt it is )

Biggest thing to ever change your skin really is to just find a nice cleanser or soap, that's about it.
