zygos, the key to loving yourself is to build your own identity. not based off of your looks. looks will come and go. of course, looksmaxxing obviously will affect your experiences, but it should never be at the forefront of your mind!!! what will stay with you are your hobbies, your friends, you experiences. the second we all get old, looks will go to shit. have you ever seen a good looking 70 year old? the only thing that these 70 year olds will still possess is their knowledge, their experience, their joys, their hobbies. Will I even love myself? Will I continue to wish I looked like others? What will I even gain from this? Why am I this way? Will this make me, love ME.

the reason many people lose a sense of identity is because they havent built it up over something worthwhile. something of substance. something that gives you natural dopamine, not cheap dopamine from looksmaxxing.com. go out for a hike!! in the process of hiking, you will also be looksmaxxing. but notice how, here, the focus is not the looksmaxxing? its the hiking. its enjoying nature and looking up at the gaps of sunlight through trees. sorry yap but i luv u zygos and u really shouldnt be worrying about this stuff at 14 which is such a developmental age.
i think loving yourself is a muscle you gotta train. nobody starts off benching 300 pounds. but you also haven’t hit that honeymoon phase of enjoying the process either. you gotta climb the ladder before you can take the elevator type stuff. regardless, it’s only worth it once you have a reason to. if there’s too much friction trying to develop self compassion and love, you will stop and not try again. make it easy. how you do that depends on ur needs n shit
bless y'allYou will never love yourself if you never dedicate the time it takes to love yourself. You need to tell yourself that you're great as you are, but that you still want to improve in certain aspects of your life.
We use the five love languages to simplify certain aspects of our relationships with others to make it more manageable. You technically can apply them to yourself, too. Give yourself words of affirmation, quality time, and so on. You should dedicate affection to yourself as we do others, because your opinion won't ever change if you don't even find yourself with the time or effort.
bless you too curry hope u had a great day tday btwbless y'all

humans were never meant to see their own reflection. they were meant to be outside, enjoy the beauties of the world. and notice, how all of these things will all naturally looksmax you as well? humans were born to frolic around and in the process of enjoying themselves, they would naturally become the best version of themselves.
