Is anterior posterior good?

How many leg days do you have a week? Imo they are the most useful psychologically because its just pure suffering usually.

I do a Ul-PPL split so 5 days a week. On lower body day its more about strength and I also do a Romanian Deadlift so I also hit the lower back and on the leg day its just pure volume suffering.
