I been taking meds since the age of 13 with at first 10mg of Ritalin and then changed to 20mg but after 9rd grade i got atleast 8hours of school and just couldn’t focus after 1pm and then changed to 27mg kinecteen (I js got them a week ago)

idk how i did it but i have 40mg, 50mg, 60mg, 70mg elvanse that i can if necessary also split up and take half of
i have some short acting stuff and 50mg ritalin XR lying around as well lmfao
just gotta be smart about it truly

just keep everything in ur room and manage ur dosing urself why would ur parents know how much you take

your options are
1. ask to try out different meds because they don’t last u long enough or adjust dose (try out your current dose first tho)
2. try to take a short nap when u have your typical crash (even if you don’t fall asleep fr just closing your eyes while without external stimuli is good enough)
3. go for walk (and talk to people while you’re on it)
thats about all i can think of rn
