Is Ashwagandha worth taking?

Solution
On a real note though lol, ashwaghanda is toxic plant extracts, waste products like every other supplement.
they use various gases to extract them, which is why you feel slightly high after consuming them.
i'd say no point in taking, lower cortisol naturally

Solution
Withanolides (e.g., Withaferin A, Withanone)
Saponins
Alkaloids (e.g., Somniferine, Anaferine)
Lectins
Iron Chelators
Withanolides specifically are anti cancer compounds, which means it attacks all of your cells.

All of the anti nutrients and plant toxins in ashwaghanda, the plant itself is extremely toxic
Yeah..... What he said is right; however, "extremely toxic" is such a overstatement it's funny.

All of the things he said are in fact trueish. But, everything he stated are found in other vegetables or herbs. Yes, in high doses it is toxic--but so is everything else. For example: water, tea, coffee, meat, raw meat, soda, and raw milk/any milk.

Just get high quality ones.
