I wanna say this is mostly a lie, i’ve never looked into the symmetry sphere of lookism because it’s 99% cope and symmetry doesn’t even matter unless it’s severe

I am asking this bc recently I noticed one side of my face has been slightly tilted, and it wasn’t always like that, can i like posture maxx to fix it?

bad posture isn’t just forwards its sideways too so it might do something but its limited
yeah, and i'll add to this:

chronic head tilt, uneven shoulders, leaning slightly, can all affect jaw tension, neck muscles, even cheek muscles, believe it or not. but posture isn't gonna fix or reverse any real asymmetry caused by genetics, bone structure, or how your face developed. if the asymmetry is very mild and soft tissue related, then posturemaxxing will have the slightest effect, like a few millimeters at best.

and on symmetry in general: no one's gonna notice ur canthal tilt of the left eye is 2 degrees more than the right, or that your nose droops the slightest bit to this side or the other. as long as face is decently symmetric, ur fine. slight asymmetry is normal, wabi sabi or whatever.

bad posture leads to small asymmetrical bone changes over the years. Other things like your fat pads will also be affected depending on what your doing.

np, I'll take you to CopeLand:
  1. posture fix
    1. chin tucks, shoulder alignment, mirror checks, etc. MAKE SURE UR NOT LEANING TO ONE SIDE. I figured through mirror picture that my right shoulder is slightly tilted down. this yt guy has some good videos on that stuff: https://www.youtube.com/@conorharris
  2. facial exercises (soft tissue cope)
    1. jaw stretches, neck stretches, cheek puff/press exercises
  3. hairstyle + visual framing
    1. best visual cope imo. side part on the side of face visually balances things, doesn't change much tho.
    2. glasses, beard, moustache, hat, whatever. if it bothers you that much just distract from it lol. don't overdo it.
  4. psychological cope
    1. unless it's genuinely distracting (and since ur self-proclaimed mtn, it's probably not), no one cares, no one will notice.
remember that if it’s genetics / bone, nothing non-invasive is gonna fix it, and if you actually want a permanent solution (which would probably be gigalow ROI), go surgical. orthognathic surgery, cheek fillers, chin implants, rhino, Botox, muscle relaxers, etc etc.
