I would say when it comes to sl/cl it’s objective and “universal “ as everyone recognizes they are attractive regardless of their types .But under that it can be severely biased by preference , in other words it becomes subjective.

if you see an ugly person you see an ugly person. like unattractiveness is much more objective then attractiveness

It’s both to a certain extent, there are people so unattractive that they are objectively ugly however subjectively someone might find them cute. Their are people so attractive that most would agree they’re good looking for example henry cavill. However subjectively some women find him unattractive and hyper masculine.
