Now I just wanna cut to the chase and clarify I don't exactly mean the processed sodium saturated shit that jack link's and others sell. I mean jerky in general, that's tough, dry and most importantly, difficult to chew.
I find that just gnawing on it leisurely is fun and therapeudic to do for me, and chewing it makes my jaw feel that same burn my other muscles would experience when I work out.
And obviously when muscles "feel that burn", there's most likely microtears involved(?), which begets repair & growth, right?
