I haven't tried bone smashing yet but I'm curious on if it actually works or if it's worth it
Listen here is my educated conclusion. In theory yes you can make the bones stronger by hitting them, the problem is you cannot control how they will strenghten (if it will look aesthetically pleasing or not) and with the amount of nerves and blood vessels in your face, hitting hard enough to cause microfractures that will be significant and not just cope due to a swollen face, have high chances of nerfing you through creating internal bleeding, brain damage, cysts etc. Also you can easily mess up and fracture your bones for good. Facial bones are thick and fragile unlike shoulder and feet bones which can be strenghtened with the same...
Temporary pump, it won't bring long term results tho. There's theories about muh fibrosis but I wouldn't waste your time with it unless you want a pump for going out or something

Thanks. People told me it gave micro fractures to your bone and your body replaced it with bigger, stronger bones.

No it wont grow your bones, people theorize about scar tissue buildup but it won't look symmetrical. Fillers or implants mog

You have vital organs around your face, bonesmashing there is NOT worth it bro

I don't know how you look like, but softmaxxing wise you can tone your features through gymmaxxing and jaw exercises (jaw exercises are more limited) but if that is not enough and you are adamant on changing your face then the only thing left would be surgery.

Also me personally (Although I have a good enough jaw especially for a female thank you mother for your genes) I exercise my jaw and work on my calorie intake (I'm thin but I want more definition, dw I have curves still) to hollow the cheeks more and make everything more apparent.

If you can feel good pressure while doing the exercise then it's working and it will tone your it isn't cope it just won't restructure your jaw
It also depends on OPs face shape and masseters, he could train them and just look perma bloated
