I just bought a massage gun today because of the clips I’ve seen on social media. Does it actually cause micro fractures to the bones or is it just to get a pump before going out?

no scientific evidence to prove that, if you fracture your face bones the same bones would be restored nothing new
probably just the pump and swelling that might make it look like it works

blakespeaks spoke of this, sadly he deleted but i still got it archived luckily.

belive whatever you want, but he is pretty reasonable

it causes semi permanent tissue that stays there for a long time and looks like bones, so it kinda works, but not in the way its said to work

It should work but not in the way your thinking it does, bonesmashing doesn't actually grow your bones it only make them denser, what it does do is cause fibrosis which is excessive collagen and fibrous connective tissue that accumulate in the skin

You might wana ask your r****d questions before doing retarded things.

No bones do not get micro fractures from a thud on your face (and if the thud was strong enough and actually fractured it there is no evidence it would heal back healthier if anything it will have some deformities)

Bones also don’t grow from micro tears. They grow from consistent pressure over time. But putting pressure on your maxilla will cause caveing.

So full summary fuck you and your retarded
