is bulking cope ? ( women)

How have you been bulking? Have youbseen muscle gain and is it your goal?

I ve been going to the gym for 5 years now and I do yearly bulks , but I kinda feel like I am just doing that to not do cardio and that the muscle gain isn't worth it at all
Just stick to a lean bulk, reduce your weekly volume, stick to 2 sets per compound exercise, close to failure.
Don't do junk volume, especially as a woman, stick to the basics like hip thrusts, squats, lunges etc

You don't need to do 1+ hour workouts to see results

Also stick to a form of cardio you like : swimming, walking with the girls, bicycling in your city, do some badmington, whatever

Idk I hate cardio but I do walk 15k steps a day so it's fine ig

tbh u dont even need cardio being in a calorie defecit is enough slower a bit but yeah if u wanna do cardio just do low intensity like walking or incline treadmill
