I don't think its weird from the male perspective on calling the woman “mommy” though I do find it weird for a woman to call a man “daddy” I don't know why.

i think it's fine depending on the context, like if you're calling your partner "mommy" or "daddy" in an ageplaying aspect then OF COURSE that's weird
but other than that it's completely okay imo
