Is canthaloplasty a good option for me

A canthaloplasty won’t do anything to fix the underlying issue. It would just pull your eyes up a bit more and give you more of the almond eye effect. I don’t know if it’s the angle in which you took this picture but it seems more of the problem lies in the distance between your eyes and the upper eyelid exposure.

An invasive but effective solution would be an orbital box osteotomy which would improve all of the orbital bones and reposition the eyes into a more natural shape, and give the effect you’re seeking from a cantoplasty. But it is expensive as hell.

If your goal is purely aesthetic (for example, to alter eye tilt, spacing, or projection), a surgeon would probably recommend these:

  • brow-temporal lift
  • canthoplasty / canthopexy- I don’t know if this would particularly fix your problem
  • orbital rim or tear-trough filler
  • fat grafting or implants

i like the eyes its kind of dead in a goodway in my opinion you should try getting a better jawline without hardmaxxing

I'm not very good with surgeries for the eye area but I assume fat grafts and implants would be the way to go
