A canthaloplasty won’t do anything to fix the underlying issue. It would just pull your eyes up a bit more and give you more of the almond eye effect. I don’t know if it’s the angle in which you took this picture but it seems more of the problem lies in the distance between your eyes and the upper eyelid exposure.View attachment 197340
