I get soo angry and frustrated when I look back in past (during puberty 7th grade to 11th grade,

I used to sleep like 3-5 hours in the night, used to sleep at 2-3am wakes up at 6am for school ...FUAAARRRKKKKK
school gave me so much depression and shit...f**k all those teachers who bullied me and used to get angry by just looking at my face

My dad is a little bit more than half a head taller than me , and I haven't grown since 14-15

IS CATCHUP GROWTH POSSIBLE??
