Is college a chadlite simulator or something?

Im going to uni in September and every tt i see is about guys saying other guys in uni are so crazy that the become 60 ovrs with no badges(basically 0 smv and ltn) so are there genuinely like chadlites and above in uni or are they just recessed ltns?
