By USA laws bro like every site.
Let's says you start to posting about stalking a girl, over obsessing about her, wanting to physically hurt her. If she sue you and show this forum as proof, the police can ask the Admins to share sensitive data to them, in order to find out who you are and where you live

Freedom of speech isn't same as freedom of hate and inciting violence. Some acts should be banned I think.
