Is it a bad idea to use creatine for looksmaxxing for extra muscle gains or is it gonna tank your face aesthetically due to bloating? Sean O'Mog says he loads up on creatine and his face doesn't seem to be impacted.

But is it worth the investment or is it mostly marginal gains that you'll get anyway?

dnr just eat meat

you would need to eat an insane amount of meat to get 5 grams of creatine lol
Herring has the most creatine of all meats, with 3–4.5 grams per pound1732226185008.png literally like 2 meals a day depending on ur caloric maintenance

genetics infleuences creatines effects on your face as well as other factors, I stopped using creatine because it caused water retention in my face.
same

creatine can cause increase in dht and muscle mass which are both masculine. so for looksmaxxing id say its good.

however if ur face bloats and you lose hair from it than creatine = bad.

All depends on how you personally react.
