In two hours I am going to an orthodontist to larp and get Bimax, just so i can shorten my midface but is that it? Like I am so scared getting any type of surgery in a public hospital and the recovery and what if I get botched and having to wear braces???

Like my teeth have always been straight and jaws aren’t recessed so I am scared it’s gonna make me look masculine and like I don’t know if I want this at the end of the day, what chances do I have of becoming a Stacy after Bimax/trimax?

If everything else in your face is solid and your main weak points are your maxilla and jaw, then a bimax would fix those and eliminate your biggest flaw.

A trimax goes further by adding more chin projection than a bimax. It all depends on your current structure, if your features are above average but your maxilla, or mandible are holding you back, a bimax or trimax can change everything. Just imagine your current features paired with a strong jawline and proper projection, that’s basically what you’d get after the surgery.

I’d only look at jaw surgery if your vertical height is really excessive. If it’s only mild, you’ll get better results with a rhinoplasty, a small sliding genioplasty, and a bit of contouring around the jawline or angles.
