I want to get shredded really fast and I have a decent amount of muscle I have the discipline of eating 500 calories daily but I'm afraid I'll lose muscle or get health problems, I only wanna lose like 5kgs of fat and im really tired of aggressive dieting and i just wanna get it done.

if you do it for a week and then continue with a less aggressive diet then you won't lose any muscle.

Shredded bodies are made in the kitchen. Just try to find healthier alternatives to the shit you like. Don't starve yourself unless you know ABSOLUTELY what you're doing

don't it most likely going to fuck up your metabolism as it will be used to less . You're better off at 1200 and above and working out
