Logically itll make you grow to max natural potential, if your dad is 6ft and your mother is like 5'6, doing ts would maximize your potential height so its not cope. If youre parents are like 5'5 respectfully and youre 5'6, yeah its cope atp cause biologically you wont be getting taller. People say hgh will only increase height if youre deficient in it, others say it makes you grow past what you're meant to be biologically. As long as youre 14 and below js sleep slot n drink milk to max your natural projected growth

Calcium
Calcium is in general very good for bone growth/strength, though it works better along vitamin D. It is better to get it digested from food than taking supplement doses, since they're typically too much for the body to process on its own.

Don't take calcium supplements unless youre critically low on it as such it disrupts your body functions (eg: osteoporosis).

Exercise works best on strengthening bones.

Sugar
Does not help, rather worsens bone health. Sugar in high amounts forces your kidney to work more. More work = > excess minerals getting out.
Excess sugar binds to proteins like collagen which keeps flexible structure in the bones. Consequence: brittle bones easy to fracture.
