True equality is a fantasy and will never happening.
Women don't have the same physical strength so no equality in hard working manual jobs

Also they still except unconscious patriarchy habits from men like initiating, invite to restaurant, paying the bills etc etc

They have already equality in terms of job and renting a house as a single individual (wage gap is a miscalculated theory btw) but past that there will have no more equality than that
