is eye and lip cutting cope ??

Nah but very dangerous to cut eyes and can stab ur eye wouldn't recommend I'd just rock contacts or something instead. wouldn't risk going blind js to mog and then turn into a sack of potatoes in my 60s-70s

It’s cope if your underlying bone structure doesn’t support it. And lip cutting can leave scars as your mouth assumes it’s natural position over time
