is fat grafting a good idea for my recessed infras or implants a must(pictures)

They are both great alternatives for undereye hollowing. It’s hard to tell whether one is superior over the other, but I’d have to say fat grafting. It’s cheaper and looks amazing, your hollowing can be easily solved with grafting you just need to go heavier on the overcorrection
