when i went for over a year i just started ibsessing over male bodybuilders not because i was attracted i wanted to be them i did upper more than lower i wanted to be a man hello? gym gave me mental illness?
 
Better body composition by the ensanchement of the lower body and more mass around glutes and tights, what men crave basically, not even to talk about leanmaxxing, which has proven to be law many times, and health benefits

i mean i went for a long time its just so exhausting how do i cope with fatigue

Not building your own life all around the gym like you seemed to imply by what you typed before, being super obsesive can cause fatigue overtime since its not really sustainable, if you ever feel like not going for three days, dont go, for the sake of your mental health so when you comeback youre not as tired
