Done in the correct way it can improves sex life. Women know their body better so they communicate their pleasure spots to their man, while men can use ""gooning"" as a tool to improve stamina

ik its bad for men, if done too often they can become dysfunctional etc but idk if it has any effects on women like at all but id say it sounds like a waste of time as a girl anyways
