Is gyno hard to cure?

Not much I can advise, you'll have to see with a professional if they can prescribe you something that'll impact your hormones to cure your gyno or even get surgery to remove the excess of breath tissue.

you probably don't have it, I knew a n***a from these forums, bro insisted he had gyno, I convinced him to show me a pic and the n***a looked completely fine, y'all be having body dysmorphia

I mean you don't know for sure, the best for him would be to check with a professional to know if he does have gyno and if he does what he should do to cure it

well we can't know unless he shows a pic or an example of what it looks like

but even if he does have it most cases of gyno go away naturally with puberty or if the person is fat it goes away as they lose weight

if he has serious gyno, he will need aromatase inhibitors and if those still don't work he has to get surgery
