I'm trying to lean down rn and I've always heard that HIIT is good for you. However, that bald Jewish doctor guy says it's cope. What's the verdict?

In what world would HIIT be a cope? Like, a cope of what? HIIT is a training protocol, the alternative would be to exercise every day with no recovery days and that's proven to not be good for you. No, it's not a cope. It's the best for your body, muscles and just general recovery process to do HIIT over other methods.

If you're asking if it'd help get you lean, then sure. It will help you in that regard.

Orgistan brotha? There's nothing wrong with HIIT. It's literally used for physical therapy which my friend went through. Use it if you need to brother.
