most people only get noticed once they groom themselves, im sure the statistics for how common a htn is around the world will only get lower in places like india and u prob wouldnt notice them either because while someones measurements can be extremely ideal, if there bone structure or whatever they are wearing is unideal they just look the normal spectrum of ppl u usually see. measurements only make sense if other factors are also ideal.
