Is intermittent fasting a good way to lose weight?

or should i just stick to a calorie deficit and cardio
The problem with intermittentent fasting is that you'll just eat your calories later, and prob more calories since you'll be hungry.

Stick to a deficit, do smaller meals and eat more often if you want

Meat based diet with some fruits alr lost 6 kgs and going on it didn't count calories but you have to be sure to not snack on nuts or smth high calorie like tahini

No bread rice pasta or anything of that sort

Just meat,fish,chicken eggs milk products and some fruit which is anything with a seed inside
