Is it a good idea to get rhino and genio at once?

In general, it's better to get less surgeries done at once, because then there's less chances of something going wrong. You'd be putting a lot of strain on your body and it might delay healing or increase your chances of infection.

I'm not sure I understand what genio is, though. Most plastic surgeons will explain to you if they think it's better to do it all in one shot or not. If it's in the same area, they'd probably do both.

Genioplasty is a surgery for chin
 
just do all at once. also get limb lengthening and might as well add in a bbl
