Is it a sin to looksmax?

I wasn’t sure where to ask this so I’m going with off topic just to avoid slurs. Me and my friend got into a bit of an argument a while ago about whether it’s a sin(in Christianity specifically orthodox) or not to looksmax, because God makes us in his image so wouldn’t changing ourselves be changing his image yk? I’m stumped but my friend is certain it’s not great, so I wanted to see others opinions

yeah im pretty sure surgery is in most forms of orthodox christianity and islam but i wouldnt say looksmaxxing as a whole is because god would want you to look and feel your best
