is it normal to get a boner when thinking about high estrogen?

pretty normal

i think of chicks with big tits and wide hips when i think of high estrogen and i get hard

PCOS characterizes a high amount of testosterone in women,usually at the levels of a 14 year old male.
The estrogen level is fairly average in range,also other hormones like progesterone I don’t think what you’re saying is true.
