Been doing neck curls for abt 2 weeks now and seeing slight improvement and i’ve been doing 3x10 supersetted with 3x10 chin tucks. Every time I perform neck curls after the 2-3rd rep i feel extremely nauseous and I feel like i’m going to throw up with every contraction.

Get your balanced checked. Go to an ear specialist to have them look at it and test your balance. I then had to go get physical therapy. Eye exercises and stuff. It’ll help

Do 2x6 of neck curls with a weight, 2 min rest in-between
Do whatever for chin tucks js do them in sets and take a 2 min rest in-between

I’ve been resting for 5 minutes every set but ok sure ill try doing them at separate times instead of alternating them, I also do them unweighted if that adds any information

For the balance issues, I can’t heel to toe walk without stumbling or losing balance, I stumble pretty often every day walking and standing and I frequently get dizzy at random times throughout the day. I clip doorframes a lot. My feet also drag behind causing me to trip pretty often. I didn’t really notice how often I do it until i saw the signs to watch out for. It’s probably a some sort of muscle imbalance or something but it’s worth getting checked out atleast.
