i find it so depressing how normalized it is to just talk about how you’re gonna die someday


we all know that someday we’ll vanish or be 6 feet under, and that’s literally for everyone no exceptions, nobody is safe

how can y’all live without freaking out? i think about this stuff everyday, im living here and nothing i do or have is permanent because i’m on death row and talking about it with other people means nothing cuz nobody seems to be scared of it as much as me, they’re so desensitized to the fact they’re gonna kick the boots someday

not to mention the fact you don’t even know WHEN you’ll die, you could die tomorrow randomly if anything

but what will that mean in the end? you live a happy life for a couple years and then die and nobody from future history will know your name

youll physically die and your name will too, assuming you live your life normally without for example, inventing anything where your name will remain in history for long

yeah but in the end living life doesn't have to be that you need to become a "legend" so people talk about you for centuries. I see life as a pathway to peace and to enjoy all types of sensations that death won't make you feel
