Is it okay to stay on diuretics like Hctz or not worth it ?

Solution
Idk much about eple, enlighten me how it’s better to take the two ?
Eple, aka Eplerenone is an aldosterone antagonist/blocker for hypertension, the mechanism behind it can be used to help debloat

Since its a loop diuretic it can be used long-term with no real consequences other than the fact it can builds up potassium in your serum and sometimes causes hyperkalemia.

Adding in HCTZ offsets that, so that's why I usually combine the two together/suggest it

Marked as solution thank you my friend, was only seeing people talk about diuretics for their legitimate purposes, instead of for debloating for facial aesthetics. Thank you.

Of course, DYOR as well since my answer was a little vague on some areas but yeah, diuretics are a great thing to have. You're welcome
