tf is raw honey going to do genuinely
  • Humectant properties: Raw honey attracts and locks moisture into the skin, leading to a softer, plumper appearance.
  • Lasting effects: Its ability to bind water to the skin can provide hydration even after it's rinsed off.

Skin brightening and smoothing
  • Exfoliation: Honey contains mild alpha hydroxy acids that gently slough off dead skin cells, improving skin texture and revealing a brighter layer underneath.
  • Improved tone: By removing dead skin and fading dark spots, it can help even out skin tone.

Anti-acne and soothing
  • Antibacterial action: Its natural antibacterial properties can help combat the bacteria that cause acne breakouts.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Honey can help calm redness and irritation on the skin.

Anti-aging and healing
  • Antioxidant protection: Raw honey is rich in antioxidants that protect skin from damage caused by free radicals, which helps prevent premature aging.
  • Wound healing: Its properties can assist in the healing of minor wounds and scars.

For health benefits, most mass monsters end up with crippling conditions later on in their lives
I’m not going to go crazy though I’m already big from just 300 test and I was cutting while on it

glycerin, urea, and hyaluronic acid do the same thing, better and more predictably.

honey’s alpha hydroxy acid content is minuscule. orders of magnitude below amounts that would actually exfoliate like lactic or glycolic acid which are often found in skin care.

honeys like manuka honey have measurable antibacterial properties in vitro due to methylglyoxal/hydrogen peroxide content. but the concentrations needed to kill bacteria in a petri dish don't inform us about how effectively it impacts your skin.

im too lazy to respond to the rest. but most foods aren't profoundly beneficial beyond their micro and macro nutritional content.

when people talk about "oh this berry has so many antioxidants it will stop cancer" they rarely have in vitro data to back that up. most antioxidants in foods, plant or animal, are broken down in the stomach and have negligible impact on the body.

the wound healing one is more solid though. but that's sterilized and standardized medical honey not just some random honey

why do chemicals when you can go natural

why do "natural" when you can get better results with a 10$ moisturizer, some sunscreen, and not being obese
