hii! I kind of understand where my main flaws are, but I'm often confused for a guy, even though I'm biologically a woman, and I don't know what to do about it. there’s a lot of makeup techniques to shorten the midface you can look up which will help you, growing out hair with minoxidil + lip filler if you’re open to it, small changes will make a significant difference surprisingly

a lot of them are super simple like adding blush horizontally along the face to create the illusion of a wider face and drawing ayegol sal on under the eyes with a light pencil to create the illusion of a shorter face, there’s differently a lot more online but these are the ones i use

i’ve never tried minoxidil personally because it’s super dangerous around animals but i know a lot of people suggest it for hair growth, i think longer hair and a different hairstyle would benefit you a lot

ike long layers or something? i’ve used to have very long hair and it was pin straight from its own weight and my face looked even longer (⌐■_■)

If you are willing to do surgery, definitely rhinoplasty to fix your nostrils, they are very flared (front facing), as well as dermal Fillers or fat transfer for the hollowing of your under eyes (as well temporary plumpers can work if you do not like surgery, like peppermint oil or volufiline 92% + pal-isoleucine 1%), definitely re-shape your eyebrows because it can create a bit more look of symmetry, fix your overbite, and lip injections, a smaller amount for a more natural look 1-2ml, more specifically for your small upper lip, to make it actually visible. Also a different hairstyle, professionally done. Your freckles are cute and fine. Also maybe lash serum to make your lashes longer and fuller looking.

Currently sub-5, but i believe mtb is possible

Long midface, Thin lips, recessed chin, eye bags (might be your infras)

Question, is your mouth palate narrow or wide? Can you investigate the cause of your dark circles or sunken eyes? is it discoloration or is it actually your anatomy?

Better invest in lip plumpers if possible but it is frauding so look into lip injections to visually shorten the midface

If narrow, consider if you’re eligible for maspe or marpe

Eye lash and brow serum or oil

Fix your hair, we’re in the same age. Hit me up if you need help or more advice. Ill try to help as much as I can.
