1000 cals cant make you gain. Your bmr is above that you'll still be in the negative for your net cals

I suffer dearly from severe bpd, schizoaffective, chronic depression, and agoraphobia
I have maybe 2-3 friends
Ive been homeless 3 times
Never not been cheated on
Constantly battling between homelessness and not
Copd
Severe asthma
Allergic to 20+ things
Been to jail twice for faulty charges
Been kidnapped
Been trafficked
Watched my bf kill himself infront of me at 13
Watched my aunt kill herself infront of me at 12
This is just what I can think of right now, can probably think of thousands of other things, I share some lore on here but not alot but when I say I deal with alot of shit I ABSOLUTELY mean it

You cant have shizoaffective and depression. Shizoaffective is a mix of depression/bipolar and schizophrenia.

I was bullied my whole life too and I dont have any freinds at all IRL or Online.

1. get off this site 2. try to find comfort 3. there's no reason to tell people online this as they don't care 4. as hard as it is we all are going to die one day so either move on or base your life on these events and live an unfulfilling life. Yes you have been trough stuff and all of that shouldn't be normal in the slightest way. I feel pity for in and hope things in life will get better.
