I am 19 and got no wisdom teeth. I also look and act way younger than my actual age. Could my biological age be more around 14-15? It would explain the uneven face growth and the baby face

An uneven face is most likely linked to sleeping on the side, chewing, uneven chewing or assymetry of your teeth... Your behaviour however isn't linked to your biological age, but rather to your education and maturity.

I meant uneven development as in forward growth not symmetry. I didn't mean I got a bad behaviour, I meant i haven't developed yet typical biological reactions for my age...for exemple I am still disgusted by nudity in movies and so on.

Yes. My wisdom teeth came 1 year after that age. Also, I look 3x younger then you.
It's possible. It's statistically less likely, but it doesn't mean it's not possible in your case.
The wisdom teeth is not the best indication because wisdom teeth are really fucking weird especially when compared to the rest of your teeth.
The looks is a genetic factor and the acting thing is a mental thing.
It's hard to say. If you have a primary doctor you can ask. My doctor told me when I was finished developing physically and everything.
