is it possible to get a glowup like zeta, jawad, k shami, erand, salludon or are they just lucky?

is this a good enough plan to get a similar glowup to them

testosterone - NoFap , cold showers, High intensity training and ashwaganda
raising hyoid bone - RMO exercise
lips - exfoliate + vaseline
eyebrows - pluck and shape
colouring - beta carotene and astaxanthin
neck training
mewing - correct swallowing and chewing
collagen - dermaroller , SPF and intermittent fasting
skincare routine
sleep 8 hours a day 10-11pm

its cope imo, synthetic garbage
studies have found it does reduce anxiety compared to placebo, but as it says in the article its low certainty evidence
do it if it works for you but seems bullshit

Plus both plants are exposed to high levels of toxic chemicals like mercury. Unless you have access to the plant you dry yourself and reduce into powder, don't even bother

Most SPF contains titane dioxide and it is toxic, best alternatives are zinc oxide, Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil and consumming enough Omega 3s

Dermaroller is ONLY USED in hair or beard growth protocols, everything else is bullshit

Whipped tallow with raw honey and olive oil. Sometimes useful ingredients like coenzyme q10 and hyaluronic acid can be added
