generally your growth plates are still open if your hands and feet are even slightly still growing, or if you're a late bloomer, but if you want a more certain fact then go ahead and ask your doctor for a wrist/foot scan for the growth plates

the near end of puberty is the best time to take those steroids because they wont fuck up your skeletal structure and natural hormomes permanently
