I tried using a weight loss calculator and it said I can do it by eating around 1250 calories a day, is it healthy as a 15yo girl? I’m short btw
 
if shes going through puberty then it would mess her hormones up so bad. the amount of zinc in red meat is enough to change testasterone levels (if she has a source of magnesium intake). Not only that but carnivore diets have to be done perfectly or they cause terrible gut health

bro the second one is extreme, he ate 6 to 9 pounds of cheese, of course thats extreme, i never recommended her that, also he likely did not get sun exposure, resulting in surge in his cholesterol
 
Have the ideal diet and go to the sun right in the morning it makes ur hunger hormones go down also if u want it rlly badly u could walk 10k steps i could give u the ideal diet imo if u want to

U can eat only meat seafood dairy and fruits but depends on the season and on the country u live also get sun exposure it has been shown to reduce hunger hormones
Also make sure that the foods are as least procesed as it can be I personally get them from farmers market remove any seeds and vegies/grains from ur diet if ur a woman u can get away by eating more slightly more fruits then men and les meat then men also drink water preferebly from a natural source hope this helps
